Please note: the Parature Migration Tool Support Portal and the Parature Migration Tool was only available, and could only be used, until May 15, 2018.
Your only option at this point is to request a one-time data export of your Parature data from your normal support channel (either the Parature support website or the Office 365 Admin Center). You can subsequently import this data to Dynamics 365 for Customer Service via standard import procedures.
Customer requirements for one-time data export
You will have 90 days after May 15, 2018 (until August 13, 2018) to retrieve your data via a one-time export process. Upon request, the one-time export process delivers your files and record data in CSV files via the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). To request this one-time export, please contact support via your normal channel:
If your organization receives support through Office 365, log into your Office 365 account to submit a Technical Support ticket through the Office 365 Admin Center.
If your organization receives support through the Parature support website, log into the Parature support website to submit a ticket to the our Service Engineering Team before August 13, 2018.
